Who we are

Boolland OS (bos.boolland.com) is the internal operations platform of Boolland Sdn. Bhd. (“Boolland”, “we”, “us”). It is used by our team and invited collaborators to manage projects, tasks, clients, and related work. Access is by invitation only — there is no public sign-up.

Information we collect

  • Google account basics. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo to verify your identity. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, or any other Google data.
  • Profile details you add, such as a display name, tag name, job title, birthday, or hobby.
  • Work content you and your team create on the platform: projects, tasks, notes, comments, links, and files you upload.
  • Security and session data, including sign-in events, browser/device information, and IP-derived approximate location, used to protect accounts.
  • Notification settings, and — if you enable browser push — a push subscription token for your device.

How we use it

We use this information solely to operate the platform: signing you in, showing your work to the teammates who are authorised to see it, sending the notifications you have enabled, and keeping the system secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers — Supabase (database and file storage) and Vercel (hosting) — and is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Access to production data is limited to authorised Boolland administrators.

Sharing

Your information is visible to other authorised members of the platform according to their role and project access. We do not share personal data with third parties except the infrastructure providers above, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business records. Administrators can deactivate accounts at any time, and you may ask us to correct or remove your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — the session cookies required to keep you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
