1. About Boolland OS

Boolland OS (bos.boolland.com) is an internal operations platform operated by Boolland Sdn. Bhd. (“Boolland”). It is provided to Boolland staff and invited collaborators (“you”) for work purposes. By signing in you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and access

Accounts are created and managed by Boolland administrators; there is no self-service sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity performed through your account. Boolland may suspend or remove access at any time, for example when an engagement ends.

3. Acceptable use

Use the platform lawfully and for its intended work purposes. Do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, interfere with the service, or upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.

4. Content and confidentiality

Work content on the platform (projects, tasks, notes, files, client information) is confidential business information belonging to Boolland or its clients under the relevant engagement. Your rights to use it are limited to performing your work, and survive-your-access confidentiality obligations in your employment or service agreement continue to apply.

5. Availability and changes

The platform is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Boolland is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions about these terms can be sent to han@boolland.com.
